Introducing The Seamaster Regatta Omega’s America’s Cup Watch for Sailors All Over the World

Omega's dedication to ocean exploration has inspired many of its cutting-edge watches.

As the official timekeeper for the world’s top regatta, its role has sparked the creation of numerous models crafted to withstand the demands of high-speed boat racing. The brand’s newest release upholds this legacy.

To celebrate the 37th America’s Cup, Omega has introduced the 46.75 mm Seamaster Regatta, designed for the challenges of the sea. This sailor’s tool features both analogue and digital displays and is housed in durable grade 5 titanium. Packed with essential functions, the watch includes a moonphase indicator, chronograph, sailing logbook, temperature sensor, accelerometer, three alarms, and a regatta timing feature.

For Omega’s President and CEO Mr. Raynald Aeschlimann, the new Seamaster is a timely addition to the brand’s impressive range of instrument watches. “Our new Seamaster Regatta belongs to the same family of watches as the Speedmaster X33. It’s essentially a multifunctional tool that you can wear on your wrist. As its name makes clear, this is the perfect timepiece for sailors, and the timing is right for its release. The great boat race in Barcelona is sure to inspire sailors all over the world, and this watch is all about meeting their needs.”

Omega’s Regatta is designed for easy readability, even in rough seas. Its unique dial combines an LCD display with black markings on a white-grey background, plus Diver 300M-inspired hands that clear from the display in backlit mode for better legibility.

The watch is simple to operate, with four rubber-coated pushers (one red, three blue) for quick navigation and a sandblasted crown. A wave-pattern case back designed for louder alarms enhances audio cues.

The 46.75 mm Seamaster Regatta features Omega’s cal. 5701 quartz movement and an ocean-proof blue rubber strap that is easily changeable with Omega's Quick-Change system.
